Privacy notice
This page says what SendTilly stores when you ask for a pilot audit, why, for how long, and who handles it.
Who is responsible
Kosta (in registration), organisation number in progress, postal address in progress, runs SendTilly and is responsible for the data described here. Write to hello@sendtilly.com with any question about it.
What we store
When you send the form we store: your work email address; the time of the request; the page you sent it from, the landing page or the sample report; and whether our notification email to us was sent.
We do not store your IP address with the request.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from another site.
Giving us your address is voluntary. Without it we cannot reply.
Why, and on what basis
We use your address to reply to your request about a pilot audit and to follow up on that request. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering business requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You asked us to get in touch, so a reply is what you expect. We weighed this against your interests. The form asks for one field, we send you nothing automatically, and we use the address for nothing else.
We make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
We delete each request 12 months after it was made. An automated job removes it from our database every day. The copy of our notification email in our mailbox follows the same 12 months.

We share your address with no one else.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to restrict how we use it. You can object to our use of it. Write to hello@sendtilly.com and we will answer. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
